First of all, besides the fact that I've been doing this for a long time, you'll be dealing with just me - no subs, no employees - just me.

Second, my reports are generated utilizing the most advanced system on the market today.  Years ago, it was the facsimile, then it was digital photography, today it's software.  No fax's, no PDF's, no generic forms.  Same inspector ~ better tools.
